| We formed AcuWings for two major reasons : the love of flying and seeing many bad examples of flight schools. In last 5 years we came a long way. Today we are still the friendliest family owned flight school in Seattle area. |
In addition to being customer friendly our training level speaks for
itself. These are the check ride pass rates for the licenses that we
trained since we have been in business:
- 96% pass rate for Private Pilot
- 92% pass rate for Instrument Rating
- 100 % pass rate for Single Engine Commercial
- 100 % pass rate for Multi Engine Commercial
- 90% pass rate for Instructor Ratings

Unlike most of the flight schools we don't have monthly fees, fuel surcharges and club fees.
Our rentals include : fuel, Insurance and FREE headset rental
- Our airplanes are inspected by FAA, not by a mechanic but actual FAA
inspectors.
- Our chief instructor and assistant chief instructors are checked by FAA on
constant basis.
- All of our instructors are trained by us before they start teaching you so
that we can provide a standard training for all of our customers.
- Some clubs get away with a single annual inspection of airplanes
because they consider club members owners. They simply skip on 100
hour maintenance. We not only do these but we also comply with 25 / 50
hour maintenance dictated by manufacturers.
- Our training is at much higher level than most of the flight schools. That
comes with a price.
